Part of a package of 10 bills in relation to the establishment of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), the bill amends the
Datacasting Charge (Imposition) Act 1998
to replace existing references to the Australian Communications Authority (ACA) with references to the ACMA. Also contains transitional provisions providing for the continuing effect of certain determinations made by the ACA.
